Preserving Munster for the Future

Munster ratepayers and residents Association is represented on the RNM by Leon Kotze to facilitate the following:

 

1 . Service delivery issues delivered by RNM (Ray Nkonyeni municipality).

2 . Leisure Bay transferred depot issues (also known as Thongazi refuse dump).

3 Mayoral meetings (RNM budget presentation and inter-departmental presentations).

4 . Attending quarterly meetings with the Municipal Manager Mr K Zulu about service delivery issues.

5 . Ward 11 committee meetings with councillor Derek Jula.

6 . Mayoral meetings for UGU budget presentations and sanitation situations.

 

The main purpose is to bring service delivery issues to the attention of the relevant heads of Department of RNM and to try and find possible correctional commitments from RNM.

 

RNM reports on a monthly basis at these head of Department beatings with regard to progress that has been made with customer’s request received and how many were resolved. Feedback about outstanding complaints and requests also received
